Cheerful ladybirds crawl across vines whilst a slow snail, tiny mouse and plump green frog sit on red toadstools. Amongst the wildlife sit clusters of blue thistles and soft wildflowers, their stems and leaves forming graceful, looping vines that connect each motif. Scattered stars twinkle through the composition, adding a subtle, magical sparkle that ties the repeating elements together for a cohesive, storybook-ready design.

License Details

1. Grant of Licence

The Artist hereby grants to the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty- free licence to use the Artwork for the commercial use stated below:

  • Fabric printing for commercial and personal products.

  • Creation of digital products, web design elements or app backgrounds.

  • Print on demand products, included but not limited to; clothing, stationery and home décor.

  • Original products and merchandise.

  • Promotional, social media, marketing content.

2. Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Redistribute or resell the Artwork as a standalone product, whether in digital or physical format.

  • Declaring authorship of the Artwork sold as part of this agreement, even if any modifications are made.

  • Alter the original Artwork in any way that affects the integrity of the Artwork including but not limited to the addition or removal of elements, colour changes or retouches without prior written consent of the Artist. The Client is permitted to crop, repeat or resize the Artwork to suit their use.

3. Attribution

No attribution is required, but the Client is not permitted to claim authorship of the Artwork under any circumstances.

4. Ownership/Copyright of Artwork

The Artist retains full ownership of the Artwork, including all intellectual property rights such as copyright and moral rights. The licence granted under this Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Artwork to the Client but instead provides the Client with a right to use the Artwork for the specified commercial purposes. Therefore, the Client cannot take credit in regard to the Artwork itself.

5. Termination

This licence will be terminated immediately if the Client violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Client must cease all use of the Artwork. The Artist may take legal action if the Client does not comply.

6. No Exclusive Rights

This licence is non-exclusive, meaning that the Artist may continue to use, licence, or sell the Artwork to other parties without restriction.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Artist makes no representations or warranties regarding the Artwork's suitability for any specific use. The Client accepts the Artwork "as is" and assumes all risks associated with its use.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and may not be varied except by agreement in writing. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Returns

Due to the nature of being a digital product, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all purchases of the Artwork and associated rights under this Agreement are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made and the Artwork is delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. The Artist shall not be liable for any claims for a refund, regardless of the reason, after the transaction is completed and the Artwork has been provided to the Client.

By purchasing this Artwork, the Client therefore accepts the agreement and licensing stated above. The Client affirms that they have reviewed the Artwork and understand that the purchase is non-refundable.
